The delicious recipe of oats upma for your healthy breakfast

Ingredients:
4 g Urad Dal
30 g Quick Cooking Rolled Oats
1 g Turmeric powder
1 g Mustard seed
0.5 g curry leaves
1 g green chillies
1 small onion (chopped)
1 large carrot (chopped)
25 g green peas
Salt to taste
1 medium Tomato
0.5 g red chilli powder

Preparation:
1. Grind the green chillies into a paste in a mixer
2. Heat 2 tsp of olive oil in a broad non-stick pan and add the mustard seeds
3. When the seeds start to crackle, add the Urad Dal, curry leaves, green chilli paste and sauté on medium flame for a minute
4. Add onions and sauté on medium flame for a minute or till the onions turn translucent
5. Add carrots, green peas and tomatoes, and sauté on medium flame for 2 minutes
6. Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder, mix well, cook on medium flame for a minute while stirring continuously
7. Add 60 ml of hot water, cover and cook on a high flame for a minute, stir occasionally
8. Add oats and let it boil for 4 minutes on medium flame.
