Actress Bindu, who has ruled the hearts of the people with the role of her vamp along with the beautiful and very famous actress of the 70s in Bollywood, is celebrating her birthday today. According to reports, Bindu has turned 80 today. In an interaction on the occasion of her birthday, actress Bindu described in detail about many of the personal moments of her film career.

Bindu recalled the journey from Shabnam of the Kati Patang to Mona Darling of Zanjeer and many interesting experiences during this time. Actress Bindu says that then people in the theatre used to say as soon as I came on the screen that I have come, something will definitely go wrong now. The abuses I had then were compliments to me. People's abuses pushed me.

During this time Bindu told an interesting story of her own. She said "I was doing 'Dastaan' with Dilip Kumar. Sharmila Tagore was the heroine. There was a scene in which I, Dilip Kumar and Sharmila were all three. So Sharmila jokingly told me, 'Bindu, you stand a little away from me, otherwise, I won't be noticed'." Bindu also said that initially, she had tried very hard to become a heroine. But people used to say - She is very long, she is Gujarati, don't know if she will be able to speak Hindi properly or not. Bindu said that the desire to do some roles such as Nargis and Meena Kumari in Mother India was left in the heart.
