Patna: On Tuesday, Education Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary made a strange statement in the BPSC preliminary exam paper leak case. When the media asked the question to Chaudhary that due to the cancellation of BPSC examination, more than 6 lakh candidates have to go through mental torture, on this he asked the opposite question, what was the mental torture of the candidates?

The same Vijay Choudhary argued that when the government came to know that the question paper had been leaked and canceled the examination, then how did the examinees get mentally tortured in it? Chowdhary further said that if the government had come to know that the question paper had been leaked and even after that the examination was taken, would it make the examinees happy? He said- 'Did there be mental torture? Whoever took the question paper in the exam came to the fore that it went viral and the exam was canceled, it caused mental harassment? If the exam paper leaked and the exam was not canceled, would everyone be happy? With the cancellation of the exam, the right candidates will be happy that the government has canceled the exam when it comes to the leak of the question paper. What harassment did this cause to anyone?'

The same interesting thing is that during the discussion with the media, he talked about the question paper leak of BPSC Preliminary Examination as a 'little paper leak'. However, Chowdhary said that no candidate got the benefit of Peepli. He said that the discussion about how transparently BPSC conducts the examination is not only in Bihar but in the whole country. Somebody leaked a little paper or made it viral, but no one got any benefit from it.' Vijay Chaudhary also rejected the demand of Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav, in which it was said that compensation to the candidates was given. Tejashwi had said that the government should give a compensation of ₹ 5 thousand to the candidates who have reached the exam center from far away and other states. Vijay Chaudhary said that 'sometimes an exam is canceled, has anyone ever got compensation?'
