New Delhi: In India, Hyundai has begun taking reservations for the EXTER micro-SUV for a nominal fee of Rs. 11,000 (approximately). Five trim levels will be available: EX, S, SX, SX(O), and SX(O) Connect.

The manufacturer also unveiled the car's exterior profile, showcasing components like alloy wheels and a parametric grille. It is available with both petrol and CNG powertrains.

Compact SUVs are growing in popularity in India because they provide an SUV's looks and features at a price that is comparably low. By releasing the EXTER in this market, Hyundai hopes to profit from this trend.

On our shores, it should see respectable sales. The four-wheeler will compete with the Citroen C3, Tata Punch, Renault Kiger, and Nissan Magnite in our nation.

The Hyundai EXTER has a short bonnet, a broad parametric grille, projector headlights mounted on the bumper, H-shaped LED DRLs, and a silver skid plate.
Roof rails, ORVMs, black cladding, blacked-out wheel arches, a "floating roof," and alloy rims with diamond-cut accents are also added. The car is available in three dual-tone shades and six monochromatic shades. Hyundai has added two new dual-tone paints to its lineup: Cosmic Blue and Ranger Khaki.

A five-seater interior with an electric sunroof, cruise control, wireless charging, auto climate control, and a multifunctional steering wheel are anticipated for the Hyundai EXTER. It ought to have an infotainment touchscreen system with support for modern connectivity features. Six airbags, a tyre pressure monitoring system, and a rearview camera should all protect the passengers.
