Story- If we talk about the story of the film, it has romance, emotion and drama. The film begins in Bihar, where Rinku Suryavanshi (Sara Ali Khan) is married to her grandmother (Seema Biswas) and the rest of the relatives are forced by Tamil-speaking Vishnu (Dhanush) from Delhi. It is a catch marriage in which the boy is picked up for marriage. Returning to Delhi with Rinku here, Vishnu says that she is going to get engaged after two days and it will be a love marriage. Rinku says it's good because she loves someone else. The name is Sajjad Ali (Akshay Kumar).
She has run away from home 21 times in the last fourteen years for Sajjad and was caught every time. It is then decided that if Vishnu gets married, the two will go their own way. With your favorite teammates. Sara Ali Khan is the typical desi girl in the film. It is at the centre of the entire story of the film. Yes, and all things are around them. Sara has done full justice to her role. His dance creates a different effect on the shiny song. Talking about Dhanush, he is a fantastic actor and here he is in line with his identity. Whether it is a matter of love or comic timing, he does not miss out. Now, talking about Akshay Kumar, he is amazing. Ashish Verma has played his role strongly as Dhanush's friend. Ar Rahman's music and Irshad Kamil's songs in the film make the story sweet.
Atrangi Ray is full of romance, emotion and drama. Camera work and editing are good. There is an interesting twist in the story that makes the film human by raising it above romance and drama. Looking at the middle part of Atrangi Ray, you may remember Kamal Haasan-Sridevi's classic film Sadma for a long time though compassion like that film is missing here. Tell you that compassion is the best human value. At this point, Atrangi Ray lags behind the shock of director Balu Mahendra, who came out in 1983. Akshay's character as Sajjad in the film and Rinku's love for him is the thread that shows everything. Sajjad and Rinku are remembered by the audience amidst the story of Vishnu and Rinku. It's really strong in the film.
