'The Flash' actor Grant Gustin has spoken openly about his ongoing battle with anxiety and depression. He has said that he has always been 'very strict' on himself. According to foreign media reports, in Michael Rosenbaum's 'Inside of You' podcast, Gustin states that he understands what dealing with anxiety and depression means that he has been experiencing it all his life.

The 30-year-old actor has said, "I have been struggling with anxiety and depression since I was maybe four or five years old." The star experienced "strange, anxiety-filled dreams" as a child. Recalling that personal things came to light when he and his wife Andrea Thoma went to the medical couple before getting married. He went on to say, "I knew that I was always struggling with anxiety but then I started thinking about things why I was feeling like this. Surely anxiety is always present in my life."

The actor further added, "I always work hard on myself and I am still doing, but I put a lot of pressure on myself and achieved a lot in my own way."
