Fresh cheese – 200 grams
Tomatoes – 4
Dried coconut pumpkin – 1/3 cup
Sesame seeds – 2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 2 tsp
Fennel – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Heeng – 1 pinch
Cashews – 1/4 cup
Ginger pumpkin – 1 tsp
Green chilli chopped – 2
Red chili stacked – 2
Large cardamom – 1
Clove – 4
Black pepper – 8-10 grains
Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
Leaves – 1
Oil – 3 tbsp
Salt – to taste

Method of making paneer kolhapuri - To make it, first of all take the cheese and cut its cubes. After this, chop the tomatoes and put them in the mixie and add ginger, cashews, green chillies and prepare a paste of this mixture. After this, put oil in a pan and keep it to heat it on medium flame. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds, fennel and sesame seeds and let it slip. After a few seconds, add cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, leaves and large cardamom to the pan and fry. Now after this, add the dried coconut to the spices and mix it with the help of a curry and fry the spices for about a minute. After this, turn off the gas, remove the spices in a plate and keep it to cool. After the spice cools down, grind it in a mixie. After that, take it out in a pot and set it aside.

Now you put oil in the pan again and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is hot, add cumin seeds, asafoetida, coriander powder, turmeric and fry. Add the red chilli standing in it and fry for a few seconds, then add tomato-cashew paste and let it cook. During this time, keep cooking the spices while running from the curry. When the masala leaves the oil, add red chilli powder to it and mix and fry. After a while, add half a cup of water to the gravy and cover the pan and cook. Finally, when the gravy comes to a boil, add salt and coriander leaves to taste. After mixing it, add the cheese cubes to the gravy and let it cook for 4-5 minutes. During this time, keep the gas flame slow. Turn off the gas after the scheduled time. Take spicy paneer Kolhapuri's vegetable is ready.
