Green Chili- 8

Coriander leaves - a little bit (finely chopped)

Method of making chilli vada - To make it, first cut all the chillies from the middle, remove its seeds and keep the chilies aside. Now after this, peel the boiled potatoes and mash them well. Now after this, add red chilli powder, salt and coriander leaves and mix well. Now add turmeric and salt to the besan and add water and prepare a thick batter. After this, fill the potato mixture inside the chopped green chillies from the middle and dip it in the besan mixture. Now heat the oil in an embroidery and deep fry the peppers wrapped in besan until golden in the oil. Take the chilli vada is ready.
