According to reports, the minor girl from a village in the Purnia area was first trapped in a love trap by a man named Iqbal and fled with her. It is alleged that the youth along with his family members killed the girl and hanged her body.
The deceased's brother and mother have alleged that two months ago, Iqbal, a resident of Kumharwa, had trapped his sister in a love trap. On Thursday night, they received a tip-off that the criminal had killed the girl in his aunt's house in Baluganj and hanged her to death. When they reached there, they saw that the body of the girl was hanging from the gallows and her knee was bent to the ground. Seeing them, Iqbal and his family fled from there. They reported it to the Telta police. The police have sent the body for post-mortem and started an investigation.
The family members alleged that Iqbal is already married. He works as a power wiring agent. It was only at the time of wiring that he used to come to the village of the deceased. Due to this, he got in touch with the deceased and slowly trapped her in his love trap and kidnapped her two months ago. He first took the girl to Delhi, then came back from Delhi and kept her at his Khala's house. Where she was killed on Wednesday evening. A case has been registered against six persons at Telta police station on the statement of the deceased's brother. In which a case has been filed against Iqbal, Iqbal's father, mother, first wife, aunt and brother. At present, all the criminals are on the run.
