Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor and actress Madhuri Dixit's onscreen chemistry is among the most loved in Bollywood. It is after 17 years that we will finally see their reunion on the silver screen with Total Dhamaal. When a leading tabloid asked Anil about working with Madhuri again, the actor revealed, "I am really excited to work with Madhuri. We have worked on some amazing ventures in the past. It is always fun to associate with a co-star who understands you. Be it in Tezaab (1988), Ram Lakhan (1989), Beta (1992) or Pukar (2000), people have always loved and appreciated our pairing. We hope to entertain the audience again and create the same magic."

Earlier, Madhuri had told in her intervieew, "I will be working with Anil ji after 17 odd years. I am really looking forward to it. It is a comedy, an entertaining film." Total Dhamaal also stars Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi and Javed Jafferi. The movie is the third installment of the Dhamaal franchise and will be directed as well as co-produced by Indra Kumar.

Meanwhile, about working with veteran Anil Kapoor and Madhuri again, Indra had said, "This film is essentially a comedy so don't expect any 'Dhak Dhak' but I promise total dhamaal. Anil and Madhuri have always been a great pair to work with and getting them together again is a dream." Talking about casting Madhuri, Indra continued, "I approached her a couple of months ago and the script worked its dhamaal on her and everybody else."
