The British singer Ed Sheeran arrived in Mumbai on Friday night. Ed Sheeran is well known for his famous song ‘Shape of you’. The Grammy award winning artist is scheduled to perform in the city on Sunday, November 19. The 26-year-old was snapped at the Mumbai airport in a blue hoody and a cap that covered his face. Ed Sheeran is touring with his latest album, Divide, and is all set to perform at the Jio Gardens in Bandra Kurla Complex. More than 10,000 excited fans are expected to attend the concert. The tickets for the concert were sold out within minutes.

Interestingly, this is “Thinking Out Loud” singer’s second visit to India and he has flown in two days earlier to his gig as he wants to explore Mumbai a little more. The “Photograph” singer has a huge fan following in India just like the rest of the world. This is Sheeran’s second concert in India. His first concert in India was held back in 2015.

A recent bike accident may have led to select show cancellations, but the ginger-haired musician’s Mumbai stopover was fortunately, not affected.

According to reports, the “Shape of You” crooner will be accompanied by an entourage of 45 people and will be given a fleet of 20 luxury cars. Also, close to 60 rooms will be booked at a South Mumbai hotel for them.Ed’s hits include tracks like “The A Team”, “Shape of You”, “Thinking Out Loud”, “Photograph”, “Tenerife Sea”, amongst many others. Followed by Plus and Multiply, Divide is Ed Sheeran’s third album.
