Now the news is that the company is also going to give voice over feature in YouTube Shorts. At the moment, content creators have to take audio from YouTube's library. A report by XDA Developers said that youTube voice-overs are also being tested for the Shorts app. An APK file of the testing app has also surfaced. The feature of voice over has been seen on the BETA version of YouTube Shorts at 17.04.32.
According to the news, users are going to get a separate button for the voice over. At the moment, content creators will have to use a third-party video editor to add custom audio clips. YouTube has not officially given any information about the new feature at the moment. After the ban of TikTok in India, Instagram Reels and YouTube shorts have also benefited a lot, although in terms of popularity, Instagram has taken a beating. Last year, YouTube released a fund of Rs 735 crore for creators.
