New Delhi: The fourth wave of Corona has almost arrived in India. New cases are increasing continuously. According to the data released by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, more than 12 thousand cases have been registered in the last 24 hours. Let us tell you that for the first time since February, corona cases have crossed the 10 thousand mark. 12,213 new cases have been reported in India in the last 24 hours. With this, there have been 58,215 active cases, which is about 0.13 percent of the total cases.

However, the recovery rate is a relief. Right now people are recovering from Corona at the rate of 98.65 percent in the country. However, this too has seen a decrease in recent times. Talking about the last 24 hours, a total of 7624 people in the country have recovered from this epidemic. At the same time, Maharashtra still remains the most corona affected state. In Maharashtra alone, 4,024 new cases of corona virus infection have been registered in the last 24 hours and during this time two lives have been lost.

Information in this regard was given in the health bulletin on Thursday. With these new cases, the total number of infected in the state has increased to 79,19,412 and the death toll is 1,47,877. Meanwhile, 3,028 patients have defeated Corona and with this the total number of patients who have recovered from the epidemic so far has gone up to 77,52,304. Maharashtra's recovery rate has also come down significantly, which is 97.89 percent, while the death rate is 1.86 percent. So far 8,14,28,228 samples have been tested from Maharashtra, out of which 79,19,412 have been found infected i.e. 9.73 percent positivity rate.
