The prolific comic enthusiast of Bollywood, Rajpal Yadav turns a year older today. Some of the actor's best work includes movies like Chup Chup Ke, Bhool Bhulaiyaa, Bhagam Bhag, Phir Hera Pheri and more. Rajpal Yadav was born and brought up in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Rajpal began her acting career as a stage actor. He attended the theatre training institute Bharatendu Academy of Dramatic Arts for two years from 1992 to 1994.

In 1997, Rajpal moved to Mumbai to give his acting career a professional start. He later starred in the sequel of the famous Doordarshan TV show Mungerilal Ke Haseen Sapne titled Mungeri ke bhai Naurangilal. The 48-year-old actor has worked with the likes of Hollywood personalities like Kal Penn and Martin Sheen.

Known for his comic timing, Rajpal began his acting career by playing a negative role! As surprising it may sound but it's true! His villainous role Sippa in Ram Gopal Varma's Jungle was highly appreciated by the audience! Rajpal Yadav is also the alumni of the prestigious National School of Drama.

His favourite comedy role is of Crime Master Gogo played by Shakti Kapoor in Andaz Apna Apna. Apart from Hindi film, Yadav has done movies in English, Marathi, Telugu, Marathi, and Avadhi! The Bhool Bhulaiyaa actor made his Telugu film debut in the superhit flick Kick 2.
