Malviya further said, 'If this is not contempt of court, then what is? The Supreme Court should suo motu take cognizance of the contempt of the Chief Minister of West Bengal. If Ms. Banerjee can flout the Supreme Court order with this kind of impunity, one can imagine how weak the rule of law is here.'
