Legendary Tennis Star player Roger Federer faced an embarrassment during the ongoing Australian Open as he was not allowed entry into the dressing room by the steward as he forgot his accreditation. With the steward denying the 20-time Grand Slam champion the passage, for a While, Federer had to wait for a member of his support team to arrive and prove that the man standing there was 'the Roger Federer', in order to access the men’s changing room.
As gracious as Federer is, the 37-year-old stood there in silence, patiently waiting for a team member to come and prove his identity. It was Federer's coach Ivan Ljubicic who was following the Swiss maestro right behind. As he turned up, a show of the ID card allowed Federer, him and another colleague to pass through. The incident soon went viral on social media as the official Twitter account of the Australian shared the same, leaving fans and the tennis organization amused.
