Dev Patel's directorial debut 'The Monkey Man' is definitely being touted as one of the most awaited releases of 2022. According to reports, the Hollywood heartthrob is currently in Mumbai India to complete the final shooting of the project. It is being said that patchwork with Sikandar Kher and Shobhita Dhulipala is also going to be shot.

A source close to the movie's production unit says that "The monkey man's post-production is now getting to watch in full swing. We just have to complete some small portions, which we will be shooting for a while. For us, filming this movie has been the best experience with such an amazing talent team. We are all so excited to present our movie on the big screen, hopefully the audience will love to watch it as much as we have liked it in making it!" 

Apart from producing and directing the movie, Dev Patel is also acting in the movie. The movie is an action thriller and has been acquired by Netflix.
