Rajkumar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor starrer 'Stree' were released on August 31, 2018, and with the opening, the film has exploded at the box office. In just 4 days the film has proved superhit. There is no doubt that the film's star cast to producer-director all are very excited. Stree's sequel is going to be created as well after a huge success of this film.
The special thing is that the film is only made on the budget of 20 crores. So, within 4 days, the film has earned doubled its budget. It has been included in the top list of the most profitable films of 2018. It is Rajkumar Rao's biggest solo hit. At the same time, Shraddha Kapoor has also tasted the hit film after a long time.
Now more information related to the sequel of the film has come out. Producer Dinesh Vision said that the story of the film is such that it is imperative to be a part of it. They deliberately finished the film in such a place where many questions remain in the mind so they will soon start work on Stree Part 2.
The Stree sequel can come to the screen by the end of 2019 while will be released in 2020. It will have the same the starcast as of the current film i.e. Rajkumar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Aparashakti Khurrana, Abhishek Banerjee and Pankaj Tripathi. While Amar Kaushik will take over the command of the director.
