New Delhi: A police officer misbehaved with a national and IPL cricketer in the country's capital Delhi. The officer also hit a punch in the face of the cricketer, which saved the player from tearing up. Cricketer Vikas Tokas has made this allegation. He has also complained to the Police Headquarters regarding this. Vikas Tokas has filed a complaint against the Post Incharge of Bhikaji Cama Police Station at Delhi Police Headquarters.

In the complaint, Vikas has said that the police officer misbehaved with him and also beat him up. Due to which he has suffered a serious injury under his eye. The light of the eye is left on and off. Vikas has mailed the complaint to the Police Headquarters, in which he has said, 'I am doing this in the mail regarding the complaint of the matter, which happened to me on 26 January 2022. I am a national level and IPL cricketer. I was misbehaved with the police officers on that particular day, which is condemnable. I was also punched by an officer that day, in which luckily my eyesight survived.

Vikas has also sent his picture to the police along with the complaint mail. Vikas said in the mail that, 'I request you to look into this matter as soon as possible, because after this incident I am going through a lot of mental problems.' Let us inform that Tokas was included in his team by Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the 2016 season. The captain of the team at that time was Virat Kohli. However, Vikas did not get a chance to play any match in the IPL.
