Bathinda: A tragic incident is coming to light from Punjab's Bathinda, where a debt-ridden printing press owner, along with his wife and son, tried to commit suicide by jumping into the lake on Friday morning. The wife and son of the printing press owner were killed, while he himself was injured. The main reason for committing suicide was high debt and the attachment of the house by the bank today. Due to the mental problem, the whole family has taken this step.

According to the news being received, three people, including a woman, jumped into Lake No. 3 on Friday morning. Seeing the people around, they immediately took them out. After getting the information, the police also reached the scene. All were taken to the civil hospital, where the doctors declared the mother and son dead, while the condition of the father remains critical. The deceased have been identified as Kailash Rani and his son Pabanish Kumar, while Surinder is injured.

The same relative of the deceased told me that he had received a call from Surinder. Saying good-bye, he disconnected the call. He was upset for many days. He worked in the printing press. The financial condition of his family was not good. The bank had to attach the house on Friday. The police have begun the postmortem procedure by removing the bodies of both deceased.
