Counted as one of the most beautiful women in the world, the lady marries KuwarMaann singh Bahadur on 9th of may 1940.

Breaking the stereotype she won a seat in the Indian parliament in 1962. She got most numbers of votes as a majority as was clear from the Guinness book of the world record that she broke.

She was a member of a swantantra party which opposed the Indian national congress. She was an amazing polo player and had the love for riding horses. She even enjoyed hunting.

She started school in Jaipur opened up in her name amongst which a few are very famous. She married in the royal family but also had other references into other royal families of Maratha and Bengal. She was nicknamed Ayesha after a character from the novel her mom loved the most. She was called Ayesha by all her family and friends. She was so in love with Jai Singh and it had changed her life unknowingly.

Her beauty is still the talk of the town. She died on 29th July 2009.

As Bollywood is setting biopic trends, Kareena Kapoor expressed her wish to be the lead role of the biopic of Maharani Gayatri Singh, as she said that she radiates royalness.
