Crunchy snacks, mouth licking varieties pose threat to healthy living. There are lots of Gluten-free snacks available in different combinations with high on taste. There are plenty of unique gluten-free snack combinations that are high on taste and are just as easy to make. The necessity to eat gluten-free food comes from diet restriction or nutrition deficiency or intestinal damage in relation to gluten or a healthy choice.  Few Gluten-free snacks are given here:

Popcorn with fruit, chocolate, and peanuts

Popcorn is a fiber-rich whole grain that keeps one full.  Mix some air-popped popcorn with dried fruit and toss melted dark chocolate for a great taste. Peanut addition will serve as a healthy fat source.

Cucumber-hummus sandwiches

Nutritious and protein-rich Hummus is a dip made with ground chickpeas along with sesame seeds. Spread thick hummus over circular slices of cucumber and enjoy the sandwiches.

Toast with beans and olive oil

Heat some canned beans and spread over the toast to give a protein-rich snack. Fresh herbs can be sprinkled over. Some oil, salt, and pepper gives extra taste.

Yogurt parfait with granola

Greek yogurt can be layered with berries or any other fruit. Granula, nuts, seeds can be used as toppings.

Avocados are rich in healthy fats. It is good for gut health and digestive system. Toss half of an avocado with some black beans and top it with onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
