New Delhi: Samsung is gearing up for the rumored February 1, 2023 announcement of the Galaxy S23 series. Not much is kept secret for too long with brand new products, as is the custom.

We have been experiencing multiple leaks for some time now. Ahmed Quader, a Twitter user, recently revealed that the S23 series outperforms the previous lineup in terms of performance.

As per rumours, Samsung's S23 series is expected to use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC that has been slightly overclocked. The improvements are likely due to the new chip that will be powering the S23, S23+ and S23 Ultra.

Switching from Samsung's own Exynos chipset to Qualcomm's top-tier processor, on which it previously relied heavily for its S-series models, will improve performance.

As per information provided by Qwaider, the Galaxy S23 line-up will overall perform 36% better than the Galaxy S22 series. The series will also see an improvement in graphics rendering of 48% and an improvement in task completion involving artificial intelligence of 60%.

Due to the inclusion of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and a bit of overclocking, these improvements should be noticeable.
