IPL 2020 is going to start on September 19. "It inspired me to work harder and stay physically and mentally fit," said all-rounder Hardik Pandya, star of Mumbai Indians (MI), who has been returning after a long time from injury. Mumbai Indians are going to face Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the first match of the Indian Premier League (IP).

Now, recently, Hardik Pandya said in a video on Mumbai Indians' Twitter handle, "The way I am beating the ball and I am mentally and physically in rhythm, I will not have difficulty in going to the field and showing a natural game". He said, "Doesn't how far I stay away from the game, but there should be utility on making a comeback. I have made a lot of preparations and the time to come will be good".

In November 2019, Hardik underwent back surgery in London. He was selected in the team for the ODI series against South Africa but the series got cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic.  Now, recently, Hardik said, "I enjoy playing IPL. I want to return firmly. The injury is part of the player's life and inspires to do better. I have taken a lesson in my life that there will be injuries. No one wants to be injured, but it is part of the player's life. It inspires me to work harder".
