New Delhi: The number of new corona cases in the country has increased in the last 24 hours. More than 18,000 new patients were detected in India on Thursday. While 39 patients have died. For the last few days, the figures of corona cases in the country are coming as a surprise. According to the data of the health department, 18 thousand 819 new cases of corona have been found in the last 24 hours. Among the five states where the highest number of cases have been reported, Kerala (4,459 new cases) is at number one. Then, Maharashtra (3,957), Karnataka (1,945), Tamil Nadu (1,827) and West Bengal (1,424). The share of these five states in the total number of new cases is 72.34 per cent. Of the new cases, 23.69 per cent were reported from Kerala alone.
