VIDEO: Flood kills 16 people in Nepal, 22 still missing

In Nepal, the flood have created a hue and cry. In Central Nepal, at least 16 people have lost their lives and 22 people are missing so far due to floods in Manang and Sindhupalchok. A video of the tragedy has surfaced.

Earlier on Thursday, one Indian and 2 Chinese workers were killed in floods in Sindhupal Chowk district of Nepal. An official had said that the body of the Indian worker was found in Sunkoshi river in Sindhuli on Thursday while two Chinese nationals were found dead in Sindhupalchowk. The victims worked for the Melmchi water supply project. Meanwhile, another official said that two Indians and a Chinese labourer are still missing.

In Nepal, a total of 22 people are missing and 16 people have lost their lives in floods and landslides due to torrential rains. Nepal Police, Army and Armed Police Forces are carrying out rescue and relief operations.
