Muscat [Oman] February 6 (NT): One of the key interests of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's cooperative visit to the three Gulf nations will be a significant address at a community programme, in Oman at the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex.
Almost 20 percent of Oman's population captured by Indians, there is an enormous keenness in the country for the community programme. People are looking forward to hear from the Indian Prime Minister and the entire program is likely to witness a record turnout.
The Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex is the largest of its kind in Oman. It can seat just about 34,000 people. The stadium in addition to well-built security has over 10,000 parking slots. Scheduled for February 11, it's a long hiatus that the Prime Minister will address a programme of this scale outside India.
PM Modi will take a tour to Palestine, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Oman, starting February 10, the Indian Ministry of External Affairs talking head Raveesh Kumar informed on Monday.
During the three- Gulf nations-visit, the Prime Minister will hold talks on matters of common interest with their leaders, apart from involving in other events.
