Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court has decided to continue stay ing the BRS in the state. The High Court has said that the petition is under consideration in the Supreme Court and the LRS and BRS. Therefore, the trial will take place only after the sc issuing a new order in this case. Until then, the High Court ordered the state government not to bother the applicants unnecessarily. The state government has also been asked to provide copies of the orders of the Supreme Court.

Significantly, the Supreme Court has implemented three states on LRS and BRS. The High Court highlighted the order sent to the three states to declare the law on LRS and BRS. After the Supreme Court's final order, the High Court said that the petition will be examined and the stay will continue in the BRS.

The High Court has asked the state government not to take any decision until the Supreme Court orders the LRS. The Advocate General told the court that no action will be taken against the LRS in respect of the government's order.
