New Delhi: The weather has changed again in the country's capital Delhi and adjoining NCR. Clouds have set in the sky. The Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted strong winds and lightning. Along with this, there is also a possibility of rain. According to the Meteorological Department, hailstorm is likely in Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Jammu and Kashmir on May 29 and 30.

According to the report, strong winds at a speed of 70 to 80 km per hour in the desert of Rajasthan have blown up tin sheds in many places, while mobile towers have been demolished in many places. Power supply has also been disrupted in Rajasthan due to strong winds.   Power supply has come to a complete halt in hundreds of villages of Rajasthan. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert of heavy rain, thunderstorm, hail and storm rain in the next 24 hours.

The IMD has reported that lower levels of the atmosphere over southeast Rajasthan and adjoining Pakistan continue to be the centre of a cyclonic circulation in the troposphere, leading to changes in weather. Along with this, a strong western disturbance is also active in the troposphere. Due to this, there is a possibility of rain in the hilly states.
