The accused also threatened to kill them. Based on the information received, a case has been registered by the police against the five accused.

Kharakpur Devipura resident Umesh alias Kallan has filed a report in the ITI police station. In the report, he told that his sister Manisha was married 25 years ago in the village of Takwar, UP in Rampur police station. His house is in the name of mother Rajwati but sister has beaten both brother and mother many times to share the house. On July 8, at 5:30 in the evening, Manisha entered her house with her son Guddu and three daughters, Shagun, Anjali, and Nikki. It is alleged that these people assaulted the accused and his mother and also abusing them. Police has registered a case against all.

In the incident of the brutal murder of Rajendra Singh Chamyal in Badachina, Almora, the Revenue Police has registered a case against the unknown on the information of his wife. Rajendra Singh Chamyal (30), a resident of Supai village in Badachina, on Nain Singh Chamyal, son, on Monday near Kanchula bridge, about 15-20 people of the village, had stabbed him with sticks. Rajendra Singh was brought to Almora district hospital in the same half-century, where he died on the spot. Now the whole incident is being investigated by the police.
