The same woman told, after some time the criminal sent her a letter written in blood and stuck it to the handle of the woman's car. The culprit has been identified as Haider Ali Khan, a resident of Vishwakarma Colony in the city. The woman lives in the same colony. According to the police, when the woman received the letter, she lodged a complaint at the Sihani Gate police station. In this, she has written that a person from her colony was following her for the past several days. She also stated that the offender made objectionable gestures toward her and kept staring at her, which made her uncomfortable. Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Alok Dubey said, "The police arrested the criminal on Tuesday afternoon and registered an FIR against him."
This is not the first story of the crazy lover, but this type of news has been coming in the past as well. Last month, a shocking incident came to light from the Maharajganj district of UP itself. Here a crazy boy put a knife on the neck of a girl student studying in class 6 and filled vermilion in her forehead. It is being said that the culprit is also a minor and studies in the 8th class. The victim's family alleges that the boy often molested their daughter. Due to this, their daughter stopped going to school. Local people told that both used to study in the same school in the village and the boy often used to harass the girl. Due to society, the family members of the girl did not complain about this to anyone and got her admitted to another school in the village. Despite this, the boy did not stop following the girl.
