Indore: A shocking incident has come to light from Indore city of Madhya Pradesh in which a constable posted in the special branch of Indore police was slapped by his own wife. The soldier was married 3 years ago. Thereafter, the soldier and his family members started demanding dowry. The wife suspected the sepoy husband from the beginning, so chatted with the husband as the 'second' woman. The soldier's husband asked the 'other' woman to come to the hotel to have sex, kiss and hug her.

Advocate Krishan Kumar Kunhare said that the victim Manisha Chavand, a resident of Sukhalia, was married to the failure of Satyam Behl, a resident of Pancham, a resident of Satyam Behl, a special branch of Indore police. The two got married on February 22, 2019. After the marriage, husband Satyam, mother-in-law Aarti Behl continued to torture Manisha to bring the car. Not only that, don't let the people talk to people on the phone. I didn't even read the newspaper. Upset over this, Manisha filed a case of dowry harassment on November 28, 2020. In this case, husband Satyam Behl is out on bail. The matter is sub-judice in the court.

The same Manisha had doubts about her husband Satyam from the beginning. After the case was filed, Satyam started calling himself single. Even after getting married, Satyam on Facebook described himself as single. Manisha sent a friend request on Facebook to catch Satyam and then started chatting with her husband as a single girl. Satyam kept chatting thinking of Manisha as the 'other' woman. Satyam started talking about sex by kissing, hugging, taking a room in the hotel. Manisha complained to Satyam in the police public hearing on August 6, 2020, with evidence of this chatting. When no action was taken against Satyam in the police public hearing, Manisha had filed a petition under domestic violence against her husband and mother-in-law. After summoning a report from the Women and Child Development Department on Manisha's allegations, the district court took cognizance of the Protection from Domestic Violence Act against the in-laws and lodged a complaint against the in-laws. Hearing the petition, Judicial Magistrate First Class of District Court Indore Surabhi Singh Sumanji, on manisha's petition, ordered that husband Satyam Behl, mother-in-law Aarti Behl should not commit domestic violence and pay maintenance to the victim from January 8, 2020. He also issued an order to pay Rs 2 lakh.
