'World has seen strength of daughters here,' President interacts with women at Raj Bhavan

Chandigarh: On the second day of her visit to Haryana, Her Excellency President Draupadi Murmu interacted with ASHA workers, women sportspersons, and rural women at the Raj Bhawan on Wednesday. President Draupadi Murmu said that the whole world has seen the strength of the daughters of Haryana. CM Manohar Lal said that perceptions have changed for daughters here. Now people have started celebrating even the birth of daughters here.  

Governor Bandaru Dattatreya and Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar were also present on the occasion. Commonwealth Games medal winners Pooja Gehlot, Pooja Sihag, Suchitra Tariyal, Olympic-bound Seema Bisla, Sonam Malik, and others were part of the talk. 4 winners of the President's Guide Award were also present at the gathering.
