New Delhi: Xiaomi's latest flagship smartphone Xiaomi 13 Pro has become available for sale in India. The open sale of the phone will start from March 10 and its price will be Rs. 79,999 for its sole 12GB/ 256GB configuration. Although it can be compared to Samsung's Galaxy S23, the device packs more features.
The Xiaomi 13 Pro is priced extremely competitively, and when discounts are applied, it becomes even more attractive. The price of the phone is Rs. 79,999, but Xiaomi will be giving customers using their ICICI Bank cards an instant discount of Rs. 10,000. (Rs 8,000 for HDFC Bank cardholders).Additionally, old Xiaomi/Redmi phones can be exchanged for a discount of up to Rs. 12,000 off.
The Xiaomi 13 Pro features an in-display fingerprint scanner, curved edges, a top-centred punch-hole, and an aluminum frame. The device flaunts a 6.73-inch WQHD+ (1440x3200 pixels) 10-bit LTPO E6 AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 1–120 Hz, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, 1,900 nits peak brightness, a touch sampling rate of 240 Hz, and a pixel density of around 522ppi. It has Corning's Gorilla Glass Victus protection and is dust and water resistant as per IP68 standards.

50MP (f/1.9, OIS) telephoto camera with 1.0-inch Sony IMX989 primary sensor, 50MP (f/2.2) 115-degree ISOCELL JN1 ultra-wide lens, and 3.2x optical zoom Xiaomi That's what makes the top-notch triple rear camera setup on the 13 Pro. A 32MP (f/2.0) front-facing camera is included with the phone.
It captures 8K videos at 24 fps through the rear setup.
Powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, Xiaomi 13 Pro. It is available in India with 256GB UFS 4.0 storage and 12GB LPDDR5X RAM.
The phone launches MIUI 14 on top of Android 13.

It packs a 4,820mAh battery and can charge at speeds of 50W wireless, 120W wired, and 10W reverse wireless. Connectivity options include 5G, dual-SIM, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, NFC, and a Type-C port.
The Xiaomi 13 Pro clearly has a competitive advantage over the Samsung Galaxy S23, which starts at the same Rs. 79,000 price point when comparing the features and price.
A higher resolution display with Dolby Vision, better front and rear cameras, more RAM and storage (in the most recent formats), and a bigger battery with faster charging, all add up to Xiaomi's offering.
