Katni: In Katni, MP, the police has detained a person on the allegation of theft. It is being said that the criminal needed money for the marriage. That's why he carried out the incident of theft to arrange money. The police arrested the criminal and sent him to jail. Apart from the money, the police have also seized a phone and a motorcycle purchased from him with stolen money.

In fact, in the Madhya Pradesh Gramin Bank present in Barwara tehsil of Katni district, a few days ago, thieves broke the wall of the bank and stole Rs 1 lakh 27 thousand 212. Whose FIR was lodged by the bank manager in Barwara police station and a case of theft was registered. Within 72 hours, the police arrested the criminal and sent him to jail instead of the pavilion.

Police station in-charge Ankit Mishra told this incident to his higher officers and on his instructions, a special team was formed and started the search for the thief. Due to this, the police received information from the informer that Subhash Yadav (29 years old), a resident of Rohaniyan village of Barwara police station area, was giving party to his friends without any reason. The police took the criminal into custody on the basis of suspicion and interrogated him strictly and he broke down in front of the strictness of the police. The criminal told that he carried out the incident of theft in the bank. During interrogation with the police, the criminal told that he had to get married and he did not have money. That is why he had stolen one lakh 27 thousand 212 rupees by breaking the wall of Madhya Pradesh Gramin Bank Barwara on the night of 6th and 7th January as soon as he got the opportunity. The same is now being processed by the police.
