In Alampur police station area of ​​Bhind district, an incident of murder of a person has come to the fore even before the polling for Panchayat elections started. Tension prevailed in the village since the incident. Although in the case, the police say that this murder has been done due to old enmity, it is being investigated.
According to the news received, a person named Billu Chauhan has been murdered in Rurai village of the district. The incident happened on Saturday morning. The police also reached the spot after getting the news of the incident. Regarding the matter, SDOP Avnish Bansal says that 7 years ago two people of the village were murdered in Sevda. In this case, Billu was convicted of murder and was released on bail only 1 year ago. He was murdered in the mutual enmity between the Chauhan families.
At present the police is probing the matter. However, SDOP Avnish Bansal says that this murder has nothing to do with the panchayat elections. But still it is being investigated from this angle. The body of the deceased has been sent for postmortem. There is silence in the whole village amid tension. It is worth mentioning that in Gwalior Chambal region, the bloodshed has been happening for a long time due to mutual enmity in Panchayat elections. Even though the police administration is not telling this matter to be related to the elections, but the local people are linking it to the election itself.
