There is relief these days in the midst of rising and falling petrol-diesel prices, although still the general public is troubled by the impact of inflation. At the same time, oil companies are not ready to think anything other than thinking about their profits. Yes and one such case has come up in Rajasthan. In fact, here two oil companies Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) have started rationing of oil to reduce the losses. Let us tell you that the petrol pump operators are being instructed by both the companies to stop selling oil after 9 pm.

At the same time, the reason for reducing the sale of oil is being said to be short in supply, while Indian Oil Corporation Limited is supplying the entire oil. Let us tell you that the condition of Rajasthan at this time is that out of 6700 pumps here, 4500 pumps have reached the verge of drying up. Yes and the officials of the companies are not ready to speak anything on this crisis. According to the information received, the sale of oil is also closed at the petrol pumps of Reliance and Essar and the oil companies have started rationing from the second week of May. He says that earlier the supply was made as soon as the booking was done through demand draft, but now advance is being sought. Even after this, the supply is taking two to three days.

Let us tell you that it is being said that there is a problem in getting oil in the depots of all the three companies located in Jaipur, Jodhpur Ajmer and Kota in Rajasthan. In fact, SK Rajput, the depot in-charge of BPCL in Jodhpur, has dismissed the matter of oil crisis, although he also said that it is a global crisis. In Jaipur, HPCL DGM Ashish Singhal refused to talk on the issue. Let us tell you that on May 21, the Center had reduced the excise duty on petrol by Rs 9.55 and on diesel by Rs 7.20 per liter. In such a situation, both the companies are citing this decision as the reason for the diminishing profits. It is being said that due to this, there is a loss of Rs 14 on diesel and Rs 11 to 12 on petrol.
