These districts of MP will receive heavy rain, orange and yellow alerts issued

Bhopal: Monsoon has hit Madhya Pradesh. Since Wednesday evening, about 25 districts have been receiving intermittent rains. According to the forecast, the speed of rain may increase by Thursday evening. The MET department has issued a warning of torrential rains in 12 districts and heavy rains in five cities. In addition to all the districts of 4 divisions and all the above, 7 other districts have been reported to be prone to lightning from thunderstorms i.e.

In the last 24 hours, more than 25 districts of the state, including Vidisha, and Chhindwara, have received up to two inches of rain. Capital Bhopal also witnessed sunshine throughout the day on Wednesday. It didn't rain until night, though. Because of this, the problem of humidity increased a bit. In the evening, few people went out to the markets. Due to the system being built from Rajasthan to Odisha via Madhya Pradesh, the monsoon has become active in the state. Heavy rainfall is likely to occur over central and northern parts of Madhya Pradesh i.e. Bhopal, Ujjain, Gwalior, Sagar and Rewa divisions on June 30 and July 1.  

Yellow alert in these districts:-
A yellow alert of rainfall has been issued in some districts of Malwa Nimad including Bhopal, Narmadapuram, Gwalior and Chambal divisions as well as several adjoining districts including Vidisha, Raisen, Shajapur, Dhar, Indore, Barwani, Sehore, Sidhi. Apart from this, lightning accompanied by heavy rain has been expressed in Sheopur, Morena, and Chhatarpur.

Orange alert in these districts:-
Heavy to very heavy rainfall is very likely to occur in Rewa, Satna, Sidhi, Singrauli, Umaria, Anuppur, Shahdol, Dindori, Chhatarpur, Niwari, Chhindwara and Balaghat districts. The Met department has issued an orange alert for these cities. This is the first Orange alert of the season. This means that in these districts, people stay in their homes and do not take any kind of risk. Stay away from the stormy river drains even if their water level is low.
