1) The average age of Jio employees is just 30 years:
The company boasts of a very young work force that is working extensively to cater the needs of young India and provide the best internet network. With an employee bank of around 60,000 the ability to maintain such a young average age is commendable indeed!

2) 15 min. Sim activation:
while most companies take about 1 day or even more depending upon the day of the week, Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) has just sanctioned only 15 min. time for the same.

3) More LTE smartphones on the way:
To cope up with the limitation that the sim works only on limited phones with LTE service, the company has not only released its own line of phones with the name of LYF but it RIL also  joined hands with Intex in June 2015 for the supply of 4G-enabled handsets with the Voice Over LTE (VoLTE) feature for better use of Jio services.

4) Supports 5G and 6G also:
The company has established a technical network that will also support 5G and 6G services. With 5G on the way, that’s good news indeed!

5) RIL to provide free wifi hotspots as well:
In order to prevent network congestion, the company has promised to set up 1 million Wi-Fi hotspots in India till march 2017. Thus every Jio customer will get free internet that may save the data of their existing plans!
