The crisis of air pollution increases during the winter season. According to the news, in the present time, the quality of air in the capital city of India and its adjoining areas has deteriorated. This is affecting the lives of ordinary people. People are facing respiratory problems. Experts say that living in a polluted environment causes the most damage to the heart and lungs. If the WHO is to be believed, air pollution increases the risk of many serious diseases. These include heart diseases, stroke, lung cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and acute respiratory infections. Children are more prone to Acute Respiratory Infections.

Asthma: It is a respiratory disease in which the patient has problems in breathing, feels chest pressure and coughs. This happens when a person's respiratory tubes start getting blocked. These blockages come from allergies (air or pollution) and phlegm. It has also been observed in many patients that inflammation in the respiratory tract also occurs.

Lung Cancer: Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC) is caused by pollution and smoking. It is detected when the SCLC has spread to different parts of the body. There are three types of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and large cell carcinoma.

Heart attack: Experts say that air pollution increases the risk of heart attack. Fine particles of toxic air enter the PM2.5 blood. This causes swelling of the arteries and then increases the risk of heart attack.

Acute respiratory infection: Acute respiratory tract disease makes the child have trouble breathing. Due to this, the nose, throat and lungs are the organs that help in breathing. Children are more susceptible to this disease. Children under 5 years of age are the most likely to die from this disease.

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD): Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a respiratory disease in which the patient has difficulty breathing. It is very dangerous who believes that most people die from COPD.
