Experts are suggesting drinking brews to strengthen the immunity of the body during the corona period. The brew is made from a variety of herbs. These herbs improve the immune system and make the body fight diseases. Here are five types of decoctions that will increase your immunity and make your body a fighter. At the same time, colds, coughs, sores and fevers are effective in preventing the accumulation of phlegm.

1- Ingredients: Water 2 cups, 2 tulsi leaves, 4-5 cloves, pepper and ilaichi, one teaspoon ginger grated, jaggery to taste and a little tea leaf.

Create as:-
Boil the water well in a bowl, then add the ingredients except the tea leaf and let it boil for a while. Finally add tea leaves and boil on a low flame until the water is half done. Then strain and drink hot.

2- Ingredients: 2 cups water, 3-4 cloves and pepper, 1 teaspoon grated ginger, 7-8 tulsi leaves, honey to taste

Create as:-
Put all the stuff in water and boil the heat lightly until the brew is half done. Then strain and mix honey and drink.

3- Ingredients: 2 cups water, 10 g wheat husk, 4-5 cloves, sendha or black salt to taste.

Create as:-
Add wheat husk and cloves to the water and let the water boil till half. Then, add salt to the water and taste and sip hot and drink.

4- Ingredients: Two cups of water, 6-7 black pepper, 7-8 tulsi leaves, a piece of mulathi, one teaspoon of grated ginger, half a teaspoon of turmeric, lemon and honey to taste.

Create as:-
Boil the water and add pepper to it by chopping or grinding it. Then add the ingredients except honey and lemon and let it boil and halve. Then strain and mix lemon and honey and drink it.

5- Ingredients: Two cups of water, one teaspoon of ilaichi powder and one teaspoon of honey.

Create as:-
Add ilaichi powder to the water and let it boil on a low flame for 10 minutes. Then, strain this water and mix honey in it and sip hot and drink.

Keep these things in mind:-
Do not eat anything for at least half an hour after drinking any kind of brew. Don't even drink water. If very necessary, you can drink lukewarm water only then it will benefit. It will be very relaxing to drink the decoction while sleeping at night and on an empty stomach in the morning.
