Men visit doctor half of as regularly as women and reason behind it can be that men are expected to be solid, reliable and extreme. But it is necessary to know about changes to your health, and to see your doctor with no delay if you see something wrong.  The following are four most important medical problems for men and the indications you should never ignore.

Impotence(erectile dysfunction) Most men in their life span have faced or facing problems related to an impotence. However, erectile dysfunction (ED) is only considered a concern if satisfactory sexual performance has been impossible on a number of occasions for some time.

You must consult or have word with your doctor regarding erectile dysfunction(ED)  before it's too late. Many of you find it difficult to share such problems as it feels embarrassing, but then why are doctors there?  erectile dysfunction can be more serious conditions such as heart disease, diabetes or high blood pressure.

Lumps on your testicles  Most of the lumps present in your testicles are harmless, but many of them can be a red signal for serious medical conditions. Regular examination of testicles can help you find early signs of testicular cancer.  Testicular cancer is common between the men aged 20-35. Not all lumps present in testicles are cause due to cancer. Some of them may be the result of fluid collecting, an infection, or swelling of skin or veins.

Moles One and important thing you should note that not all moles are caused by cancer. Moles are natural on human body and present in numbers of 10 to 40. Moles which are likely to be cancer are those that changes colour or shape, or if they start bleeding, you feel itch, ooze or pain. If you observe such changes you must visit dermatologist(skin doctor).  To know if your moles are cancer causing remember ABCDE of moles:

A-Asymmetry: One half of the mole does not match with the other

B-Border: The border or edges of the moles are ragged, blurred, or irregular

C-Colour: Change in the colour of moles is not same throughout or has shades of tan, brown, black, blue, white or red

D-Diameter: The diameter of a mole is larger than the pencil eraser

E-Evolution: The mole ids changing in size, shape or colour

Urine problem Urinating problems majorly occurs in older men. If you are facing problems with urinate or maintaining urine flow, you may have urinary hesitancy.  When the prostate is enlarged, it can press on the tube that carries urine from the bladder. This can make it hard to pass urine, which can be a sign of prostate disease, including cancer.

Other problems include burning or pain when you pass urine and frequently waking up in night to pee. If you have any of these issues, see your doctor.  It is important to take care of yourself. Ignoring pain and health issues doesn’t makes you a man. Paying attention to such problems visiting a doctor on right time and taking complete care of yours make you a man.
