Some services of The State Bank of India will remain closed for 3 hours on Saturday, September 4. Because of this, people will not be able to transact. Several internet banking-related services of SBI will remain closed for about 3 hours from 10.30 pm to 1.30 pm on Saturday. These services of SBI include Yono, Yono Lite, Yono Business, IMPS, and UPI. Due to this, customers will not be able to transact.

SBI tweeted that maintenance work was the reason for the closure of these services. Earlier, on June 17, Yono services of SBI were suspended for nearly 2 hours due to maintenance work. Internet banking services of SBI, the country's largest bank, are used by 8.5 crore people and mobile banking by 1.9 crore people. On the other hand, the number of customers registered on Yono is 3.45 crore of which about 90 lakh people log in every day.

Meanwhile, SBI has launched several offers for its customers to celebrate the 75th year of the country's independence. It is part of the 'Amrit Mahotsav of Freedom'. In this, the bank is giving a full discount on processing fees to customers on car loans. In addition, it has introduced several more schemes like 'Platinum Term Deposit' for its customers.
