Bhopal: The daughter is considered to be an incarnation of Lakshmi, but there are many regions of the country where there is no happiness at the birth of daughters due to a lack of awareness. But the families of the houses in Madhya Pradesh which have daughters need not be disturbed. Because in Madhya Pradesh, the amount of CM Kanyadaan Yojana will be increased from 51 thousand to 55 thousand rupees. In the scheme, household items will be given as gifts. Ladli Lakshmi Yojana-2 will be launched from May 2. This was stated by CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan while addressing the Chintan meeting. 

What documents are required:-
To avail the benefits of the scheme, daughters are required to have a residential certificate, I-card, father's income certificate, marriage certificate, Aadhaar card, photo of the bride and groom at the time of marriage as well as their own phone number.
