As per the latest information, the starting price of Celtos may range from Rs 11.5 to Rs 12 lakh. The car is about two lakh more than the Creta, but the car also features powerful features. Kia Motors will have three engine options in this SUV. One is a 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol, the other is a 1.5-litre petrol and the third is a 1.5-litre diesel engine. All engines correspond to the BS6 Emission Norms. The 6-speed manual transmission is standard with a 1.5-litre petrol and diesel engine. The automatic gearbox is also available in both the engines. The 1.4-litre turbocharged engine comes with a 7-speed dual clutch transmission.

It has a connectivity system called UVO Connect, with 37 features under 5 categories (Navigation, Safety, Vehicle Management, Remote Control and Conveyance). This connect system features Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based stove vehicle tracking and immobilization, voice commands, safety alerts, remote control for air purifiers and remote engine start-stops. This car has several driving modes and a train response system. Tata's Harrier also features a Terrain Response System.
