NEW DELHI: As many as 9 trains are running late due to low visibility, Railway officials said on Friday. The Batia-Anand Vihar Terminal Clone Special is delayed by five and a half hours, and the Barauni-New Delhi Clone Special is delayed by four hours.

New Delhi-Banaras The Kashi Vishwanath Express is one hour late, the Raigarh-Hazrat Nizamuddin Gondwana Express is two and a half hours late, the Balrampur-Gwalior Sushasan Express is four hours late, the Ayodhya Cantt-Delhi Express is one hour late, the Raxaul-Anand Vihar Terminal Sadbhavana Express is three hours late, the Pratapgarh-Del As many as 11 passenger trains were delayed on Thursday in north India due to poor visibility, according to the Railways.

The Barauni-NewDelhi Clone Special and the Ayodhya Cantt-Delhi Express were three and a half hours late, according to railway officials. While the Puri-New Delhi Purusottam Express and Dr Ambedkar Nagar-Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra were one hour and forty-five minutes late, the Rajgir-New Delhi Sharmjeevi Express and Raxaul-Anand Vihar Terminal Sadbhavana Express were two hours behind schedule.

There were also delays of one hour, two and a half hours, one and a half hours, and three hours on the Azamgarh-Delhi Kaifiyat Express, Raigarh-Hazrat Nizamuddin Gondwana Express, Jabalpur-Hazrat Nizamuddin Gondwana Express, Darbhanga-New Delhi Clone Special, and MGR Chennai Central-New Delhi Grand Trunk Express, respectively.
