What we do every day has some hidden purpose. There are some things that make our heart feel comfortable. Watching a movie for fun, it gives our heart a sense of comfort. In helping the stranger, we find happiness, definitely, we feel relaxed.
A smile of the stranger or a given blessings will bring a strange relief to our heart. Many times it happens that when bad times happen to someone, then by giving them solace, our heart becomes happy. We also feel happy giving emotional support.
Serving our parents will make our heart happy. Respecting younger than us, whether they are younger in age or in status or position, give immense relief to the heart.
