Nishant Malkani, the TV's very popular actor, must have seen you all in many shows. These days he's appearing in Zee TV's show Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega And He's Impressing Everyone With His Performance. He had unsuccessfully tried to make his mark in films after returning home on TV and was a big name on the Nishant small screen in 2009-2011.

He was in  Mile Jab Hum Tum and worked in hit shows like Ram Milai Jodi and Sasural Genda Fool (Cameo). After all these shows, Nishant tried his hand at the cinema, but the films didn't get hit. he made four films, three of which were released (Horror Story and Bezuban Ishq), but not a single film was able to do wonders.

Nishant recently made the revelations and said, "I took 2 years to work on my acting craft (Barry John) and came across as a better actor. I plugged a lot. No wonder I had a more mature character in Guddan (my) Ten years older than the actual age is effectively portrayed. People now not only appreciate my look but also salute my acting calibre." The medium is, so I should return; And then Guddan did. All said and done, I was happy to know that all the TV projects I've done till today have been hits, and Guddan is no different."

Then, in the interview, he was asked if he had stayed on TV, his career would have been at a different level..? He said,'" he said, "Well, maybe, but then I wouldn't have done so much better. All the mistakes and failures have helped me become one of the most respected actors around me.
