After all, Jayeshbhai Jordaar has made a strong entry. The trailer of Ranveer Singh and Shalini Pandey starrer 'Jayeshbhai Jordaar' movie has been released. Ranveer's opposite has got to see a new face in this movie made on the issue of discrimination between boys and girls. This actress is none other than Vijay Deverakonda's superhit movie 'Arjun Reddy' fame Shalini Pandey. 

At the trailer launch of the movie on Tuesday, Shalini also spoke about her journey in Bollywood. First of all, Ranveer Singh gave a hint of Shalini reaching Bollywood at the event and said that- 'She has run away from home to act and is standing in front of you all today. Shalini please tell us about your journey.'

On this, Shalini started by saying- 'My father wanted me to do engineering. But I tried many times to convince them that I am not interested in engineering. My father would never agree to my acting. I tried to convince him for four years. When I could not convince them, I made a plan to run away from home. It sounds like a joke today but at that time it was very difficult. And I ran away.''

Shalini further said- 'Thankfully, my parents are proud of me today, because of Yash Raj, because now they feel that I am really doing some credible work. Because all of us, my parents have grown up watching Yash Raj movies.'
