Today, people are quick eaters. In such a situation, it is rainy in many states these evenings and it is fun to find pakoras in the rainy season. Ingredients for making soy large crispy crispy snacks-

1 small cup soy
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
4 tbsp besan
2 tbsp rice flour
1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp onion paste
1/2 tsp celery
pinch of turmeric
7-8 curry leaves
salt to taste
Water as needed
Oil to fry

Method of making - First place the water in a pan on a low flame to boil. Now, after boiling in water, turn off the heat and put soy in the pan for 2 minutes. Then remove the soy from the water and squeeze it well and wash it off with cold water and squeeze it completely again. Now add besan, rice flour, ginger-garlic paste, onion paste, celery, garam masala, curry leaves, turmeric, salt and water in a bowl and prepare the solution. Then add soy to the prepared mixture and mix well while running with a spoon. Now place the oil in a pan in a low flame to heat. Then, as soon as the oil is hot, add the soy to the oil and fry till golden while running bitterly. Take the soy is ready for the crispy crispy snack.
